Integrated forged 7075 T6 Mil-Spec M4 extension tube makes for a stronger, lighter and more compact package than a threaded tube can provide.
Collapses to 1.625″ from receiver.
Comparable in length to fixed M4 stock adapters.
Shorter than any folding M4 stock adapter.
Accepts all Mil-Spec diameter buttstocks.
Includes Mil-Spec M4 buttstock with QD swivel socket.

Excellent quality, worth the wait
From what I have read, this is a small shop. Shipping and communication was slower than I would like.
Once I got the folder in hand, none of that mattered. Fit my ’15 VEPR 7.62×39 perfectly. None of the problems others have described. I would think it came from Molot but it says "USA".

Installed easily, but blocks side rail 🙁
Installed no problem, fit and finish are great, but this blocks the side rail.. so if you’re getting this for a 54r vepr you have to be very careful about making sure your scope will fit. Standard AK mount will NOT fit. RS regulate will NOT fit. Only the shorter POSP mount ala the 6×36-2 (vepr) will work.

Fits on mine!
Fits on my slant-cut 23" 7.62x54R vepr from atlantic. Not perfectly, but almost. Magpul CTR stock slid right on.

Awesome folding stock
I’m not sure what the other reviewers were complaining about. Installed this on my Vepr 7.63x54r without any difficulty. No significant gap at the junction of adapter and receiver. Folds easily and locks up tight when folded and open. Fast shipping and great product. Do not hesitate to buy from Bonesteel.

Did NOT fit my Vepr 7.62x54R.
I attempted to install the item and discovered that it would NOT fit my rifle.
In particular, with the stock installed, there is a large gap between the slanted edge of my rifle’s receiver and the slanted edge of the stock’s hinge. In addition, the stock would NOT fold all the way, nor it would be "locked up solid" in folded position.
Hypothetically, even if a local gunsmith manages to modify the hinge to fit the rifle’s receiver more closely, unfortunately there is simply NO way the stock is going to fold all the way and be locked up in folded position.

Attempted to install but there is an issue with the Vepr slant receiver. The stock didn’t align. The attachment screw didn’t align on the far end. Contacting seller for clarification. This is a machine metal insert… not easily fitted.
